To complete a DC Police Clearance go in person to:

There is a cost of $7.00 for the clearance.
Driving Record, Go to – Form
To obtain a Maryland driver’s record online within minutes (without having to go to the MVA office) go to:

Scheduling a Fire Inspection
To schedule a fire inspection for a home in the state of Maryland complete the Foster Care/Adoptive Home Survey Request form and deliver to Office of the Fire Marshall in the county where the foster home will be located.
There is a fee for the fire inspection.
